Reservations

All reservations should be made through our Head Office in Myanmar .

Tour Prices & Validity

All tour prices are quoted net in US dollars. But we accept either US $, Euro or Yuan or Baht. Tour prices do not include airport departure tax, meals not listed in the itinerary, optional tours and personal expenditure. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that Diamond Dragon Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the hotel, restaurant, and domestic flight of similar standard should the situation so requires.

Child Policy

• For children age between 2 and 12 years the following discounts apply.

• Child sharing adult's room with extra bed : 15% of total package price

• Child sharing adult's room without extra bed : 25% of total package price

• Child sharing twin room : No discount

A maximum of two children per party is allowed such a discount. Please check with us before proceeding with any reservations.

Payment Procedures

Deposit payment of 25% of the tour price must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. The remaining payment must be settled 30 days prior to the arrival of the clients by bank remittance to:

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notice is received Cancellation charges are as follows:

• 30-15 days prior to arrival : 10% on Tour price

• 14-3 days prior to arrival : 25% on Tour price

• 2-1 day prior to arrival : 50% on Tour price

• No Show : 100%

Package Tour

Package tours include meeting, assistance and transfer on arrival and departure, porterage for two pieces per person, city sightseeing and excursion, hotel accommodation either on full pension or room and breakfast basis according to the cost.

Complimentary

Every 16 th member of a group will be given a complimentary, subject to a maximum limit of 4 members.

Refund

After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the tour programs.

Airport Tax

Any passenger departing Myanmar on international flight must pay a departure tax of US $ 10 per person.

Insurance

We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.

Baggage

Two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44lbs (20 kgs) per person is allowed. The company will bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings. However, the company will give whatever assistance necessary in trying to recover the lost items.

Liability

Diamond Dragon Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. acts only as the agent for the clients, providing hotels, airlines, transport or other services. Therefore we bear no liabilities for any loss, injury, damage, accident which may be caused including those outside the touring programs. Additional expenses due to delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the clients. Programs, prices and service conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice or during the tour. Participation in our tour implies the tourist's agreement to the above conditions.
