Drive to Bago, the ancient capital of Mon Kingdom is located 80 km to the north of Yangon.Sightseeing in Bago include Kyakkhakwaing Monastery to observe the life of the monks, Shwemawhtaw which is over a thousand years old.Its spire is even taller than that of Yangon's Shwedagon Pagoda, the fifty five meter long Shwetharlyaung reclining Buddha Image and the excavation site of Kanbawzathardi Palace of 16^th century.Drive back to Yangon.On the way visit Kyaikpun Pagoda-four seated Buddha Images and Htaukkyant War Cemetery of the Second World War.
